Software platforms
Blulink Developments is the engineering practice. Two hundred websites and seventy software platforms, built for manufacturers, developers, retailers and non-profits who needed a specific thing to work rather than a digital transformation.
The useful question is rarely "what should we build". It is "what is currently done by hand, repeatedly, by someone expensive". That question produces smaller, sharper projects that pay for themselves — and it is why a meaningful share of what we ship is automation and internal tooling that no customer ever sees.
Web platforms
Marketing sites, portals and web applications. Server-rendered, fast, and crawlable by both search engines and answer engines.
Internal software
Dashboards, inventory, CRM and back-office tools shaped around how a team actually works.
Automation
WhatsApp and workflow automation that removes repeated manual steps between systems that were never designed to talk.
Mobile
iOS and Android, native or cross-platform, chosen on the constraints rather than on preference.

EXHIBIT 02A stone cave, a seat, a shrine and a voice. Almost nothing happens, which is the difficulty: with no action to hide behind, every flaw in the lighting and frame pacing is the whole experience.
Frame budget
EXHIBIT 0372 / 90 Hz floor
At 90Hz, everything you see has to be drawn in eleven milliseconds. A headset does not forgive a dropped frame the way a monitor does — it makes people ill.
Comfort
EXHIBIT 04Locomotion, turning and UI distance are design decisions, not polish. Retrofitting comfort into a finished experience does not work.

Held frame budget
Ratio30 builds virtual reality for people who will judge it in the first ten seconds — because that is how long it takes a headset to convince someone or lose them. Luxury walkthroughs, training simulations, brand experiences and product configurators, built to hold frame rate on hardware that punishes you for not caring.
Most VR work fails for one of two reasons. It is uncomfortable, or it is slow. Comfort is a design problem: locomotion, turning, horizon stability, where you put the UI. Speed is an engineering problem: draw calls, tile-based GPUs, foveated rendering, and a frame budget measured in single-digit milliseconds. We treat both as non-negotiable, because a headset removes every fallback a flat screen gives you.
Immersive experiences
Brand, retail and property experiences where the point is to feel somewhere rather than look at something.
Training simulation
Procedural training with measurable outcomes — the same task, repeated, scored, without consuming physical inventory.
Real-time 3D
Configurators and visualisations that run at interactive rates instead of rendering overnight.
Quest and PCVR
Standalone builds for Meta Quest 3 and 3S, and tethered builds where the fidelity ceiling matters more than the cable.

Hinglish
Understood natively
Property dealers in India run their business on WhatsApp. They share listings there, negotiate there and close there. Their actual inventory, though, lives in spreadsheets, paper diaries, or a CRM nobody on the team opens twice.
Propblu closes that gap by refusing to be another app. The dealer adds a number and starts typing the way they already type — "3 BHK in Rohini Sector 7 under 80L" — and gets structured records back. A web dashboard exists for back-office staff who want filters and bulk import, but nobody is required to use it.
A client-safe forwarding mode strips owner and dealer contacts and appends the dealer's own card, so a listing can go straight to a buyer without leaking the private numbers the business depends on.
Search
"3 BHK in Rohini Sector 7 under 80L" returns matching listings. No form, no filters, no syntax to learn.
Add and update
Describe a property in plain Hinglish and it is parsed into a structured record. Updates apply only the fields mentioned.
Client-safe forwarding
Hide mode removes owner and dealer contacts and appends your business card before the listing leaves.
Dashboard
Grid view, filters, budget ranges, inline edit, bulk Excel import and a team allowlist for who can use the bot.

Built for answer engines
Pattagobhi is marketing automation for the enormous middle of the market — businesses with a real product and no capacity to run publishing calendars, keyword research and technical SEO on top of everything else.
It publishes to social on a schedule, keeps the site technically sound for search, and — the part most tools still ignore — keeps the business answerable to AI engines. When a buyer asks an assistant rather than a search box, the businesses that get named are the ones whose pages are legible to a crawler that does not execute JavaScript. That is a solvable, unglamorous engineering problem, and it is most of the work.
Social automation
Scheduled publishing across channels, from a content plan that does not need a person to refill it weekly.
SEO
Technical foundations, structured data and content that targets terms a business can realistically win.
GEO
Generative engine optimisation: real HTML for crawlers that do not run scripts, explicit crawler policy, and entity clarity.
Reporting
What moved, what did not, and what to stop doing. Written to be read by an owner, not by an agency.

Blulink Marketing is the practice the rest of the group grew out of, and it is still where most client relationships begin.
Paid acquisition, search, generative engine optimisation, and the brand and content work that makes every one of those cheaper to run.
File photo: attention, purchased wholesale
The highest-return change on most sites is not a keyword. It is that the site serves nothing at all to crawlers which do not execute JavaScript.
“A client-rendered site is a blank page to the engines now answering questions.”
This practice keeps its own domain and its own search authority, deliberately. Three years of ranking work lives there, and moving it to satisfy a tidier organisation chart would cost more than it could gain.

Integer paise
No floating-point money
Blulink Labs Apps is where the group builds its own IP. No client, no scope negotiation, and no reason to compromise on the parts users never see.
MFP is first. It is a personal financial operating system rather than a budgeting app: it models income, lifestyle, goals, tax, credit and business together, and answers the questions people actually have — what can I afford, where is this going, what happens if things change. It is built for people whose income does not arrive in neat monthly instalments, and it works fine for people whose income does.
One architectural rule governs it: the AI never calculates a financial figure. Every number comes from a pure, dependency-free, unit-tested engine. The model chooses which calculation to run and phrases the answer; it is never the source of the number. Money is stored as integer paise throughout, because a system telling someone what they can afford has no business doing floating-point arithmetic on rupees.

three practices sell expertise by the engagement. three products sell licences. The practices fund the products and give them their first real users; the products give the practices something only they can build with.
